We are currently accepting only Telemedicine and phone appointments and have limited office hours. Please email us or leave a voicemail with any inquiries and we will get back to you as soon as possible. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to your closest emergency room.

INSURANCE PLANS ACCEPTED
We accept most major health insurance providers, including Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross, United Health Care, Cigna, Contra Costa Health Plan, Medicare, and most PPO Insurance plans, etc. You can also use your Flex Spending Account towards most services received at our clinic. Co-pay is due at time of service. Please verify that your insurance is accepted prior to booking your appointment.
